Ashley is Awesome

We found a home, thanks to Ashley. Due to my husband’s heart issue we decided to downsize. We looked and looked for a place that could accommodate his needs. Ashley was so compassionate and understanding she knew exactly what we were wanting. “She said I know just the floor plans that would work well for you” She sure did! Thank you Ashley, for making our experience wonderful and we love our new home!

Love these apartments

We absolutely love our apartment and where it is located. It is definitely well worth the price we pay. We are close to our church, jobs, etc. Ray was very helpful to us when we moved in and made sure everything was up to our standards. Thank you for making this a good experience for us. We would recommend the Giovanna to anyone! Once again, Thank you!

Great place to live !

Me and my boyfriend had the pleasure of working with Ashley Ownens and we have nothing but good to say about the service that she gave us. She is very professional and kind and wants to make sure that she is giving you the best place to call home !

Good apartments, good staff

This place is in a great location! You are so close to many of the things Plano has to offer! I love these apartments due to the fact I never have to fight to find a parking place. The apartments have amazing deep bathtubs!! The staff is very nice. The maintenance crew is efficient and quick when it comes to filling out requests. Overall this place is nice and quiet (unless someone is throwing a party), but overall quiet.
